Product Description:

Intelity offers a “hospitality platform” that enables hoteliers to do a number of things. They make custom guest engagement apps which can also do mobile key. They control digital signage and have a smart mirror for a modern way to interact with a guest in their room giving them the ability to order via the mirror or in room TV. Finally they offer ways to engage with the guest via messaging and voice enabled services such as Alexa.
For the staff Intellity offers the ability to set up case management/ticketing system to monitor guest requests, work orders and preventative maintenance

Vertical Booking is a CRS application from the Italian technology giant Zucchetti Group. They have a proprietary channel manager and offer white labeling services of their booking engine. While dominant in Italy and prolific in some parts of Europe their spread in NA has been mainly through lower end / budget type hotels. Booking engine lacks some of the more advanced merchandising features seen on systems such as SynXis and Windsurfer.

TravelTripper + Pegasus

Product Description:

TravelTripper concentrates on helping hotels with direct bookings by using the CRS platform and IBE as well as digital expertise in web design and digital marketing. Their focus is designed on helping hoteliers with the whole journey. Those properties only using them for 1 of their services don’t get the full advantage of the TravelTripper eco -system. They tend to be fairly affordable for res services only but the true value is in the full eco-system which can become much more expensive.

Sabre’s SynXis CRS platform is a powerful distribution platform used by a large number of independent and branded hotels worldwide. Their innovative booking engine offers the ability of hoteliers to merchandize their offerings and put together unique offers to help drive more direct bookings. Their unified product offerings help hoteliers drive more direct bookings and minimize their dependance on OTA’s.

Their strength in size allows significant investment in R&D to continue to lead. This is most appropriate for groups and chains looking for flexibility in their distribution and booking engine. Does not always tend to work for smaller individual hotels.

SiteMinder

Product Description:

Siteminder is one of the largest channel managers globally. They have the most connections globally and continually add to their list of partners. In addition they offer the booking button and GDS connectivity for small hotels that are looking for an economical distribution landscape.
