The API specification for PUT /accounts/{id} has been updated to clarify the behaviour of email fields. Partners should note the following:
email – if omitted from the request, the existing email address on the account will be removed. To retain the existing value, it must be included in the request.primary_contact.email – the same behaviour applies to the primary contact’s email address. If omitted, the existing value will be removed.
