For the ProfitSword integration, Stayntouch PMS exports a set of scheduled reports and a custom export that deliver key operational and financial data to ProfitSword’s analytics platform on a daily basis. The custom reservation export includes detailed reservation data such as hotel code, arrival/departure dates, rate and price fields (ADR, first/last night price), room types, reservation status, market/source/segment/origin codes, and group name—all in CSV format via SFTP. In addition, three scheduled reports are sent daily to ProfitSword: a Comparison Report (PDF with ledger data), a Market Segment Statistics Report (CSV with segment performance metrics), and an A/R Aging Report (CSV showing accounts receivable aging). Together, these exports provide ProfitSword with the reservation, performance, segment, and financial data it needs for hospitality business intelligence and reporting.
