For the Clairvoyix integration, Stayntouch PMS supports two scheduled data exports that deliver key property data in CSV format to Clairvoyix:

• Clairvoyix Reservations Export — Exports reservations data for the current date, including standard reservation details such as hotel code, hotel name, dates, and reservation identifiers, formatted for use by the Clairvoyix platform. This custom export is set up under Scheduled Exports and can be delivered via email, SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
• Clairvoyix Stays Export — Provides detailed guest stay records (one row per stay), typically including guest stay dates, guest contact information (like email and opt-in status), and other stay-related fields that Clairvoyix uses for analytics and guest insights.

Both exports are designed to be run on a schedule (e.g., daily) and delivered automatically to Clairvoyix’s systems for integration and reporting purposes.
