VConnect is ASSA ABLOY’s (VingCard) integration platform that connects hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) with ASSA ABLOY’s access control ecosystem. Through a library of PMS-specific connectors, VConnect keeps guest reservation and room data synchronized in real time between the PMS and the access control system (e.g. Vostio), so that guest key/credential provisioning and validity automatically follow reservation events such as check-in, check-out, room changes and cancellations. Integration with each PMS is implemented via REST APIs and/or webhooks, using OAuth-based authentication where supported by the PMS.
