For the Hotel Investor Apps (HIA) integration, Stayntouch PMS exports a scheduled Comparison Report in CSV format that includes a full set of operational performance metrics from the previous day. This report is configured to run automatically at End of Day and delivered via email to the address provided by HIA. The data gives HIA the hotel’s daily performance snapshot—such as occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics—so it can ingest up‑to‑date performance information for financial, operational, and analytics purposes.
