For the Medallia integration, Stayntouch PMS uses a custom reservation export. This scheduled CSV export delivers key reservation and guest contact data to Medallia via SFTP each day. The export includes fields such as reservation ID, hotel code, arrival and departure dates, arrival room number, reservation status, guest first and last name, email, and mobile phone number for guests who checked out the previous day. This enables Medallia to process recent stay information for guest feedback and experience management.

Owner Relations

For the Owner Relations integration, Stayntouch PMS provides three scheduled daily CSV exports to sync essential property data to the Owner Relations platform via SFTP. These include:

• Financial Transactions Export — Sends detailed financial transaction records (e.g., charges and payments) from the PMS for the previous day.
• Guests Export — Delivers guest profile data (such as guest identifiers and contact details) for stays from the previous day.
• Reservations Export — Exports reservation information (current‑day reservations) to Owner Relations.
  

Together, these exports automate the transfer of reservation, guest, and financial data to help streamline accounting and owner reporting for condo‑hotel and fractional‑ownership properties.
