When integrating For-Sight CRM with Stayntouch PMS, the system uses scheduled data exports to send key hotel records into the CRM. Specifically, two exports are configured:
- A Clairvoyix Reservations Export that delivers reservation data from the PMS (e.g., bookings over a set period).
- A Clairvoyix Stays Export that sends stay-level information (e.g., guest stays from the previous day).
These exports are typically scheduled to run daily and delivered via SFTP to the For-Sight platform, ensuring For-Sight has up-to-date guest and reservation details for segmentation, marketing, and reporting.
