Z Capital Partners purchased the Carillon property in late 2014, opening it as Carillon Miami Beach in early 2015. It installed StayNTouch’s solution in November, 2015.. After the management team was introduced to the mobility solution, it quickly realized it was in perfect alignment with their service philosophy.

- Zest™: Enables guest pre-engagement and mobile guest services via mobile web. Guest-enabled mobile check-in & out via smart phone or desktop.
- Rover ™: Overlays on top of PMS bringing the front office functionality onto a mobile/tablet in a touch/graphic user experience. Includes remote key encoding & secure credit card swipe featuring P2P encryption & tokenization. Enables staff flexibility to service guests anytime, anywhere.
