Program Overview
Become a Member
Sign-up to become a member of our ambassador program and once you're approved, you can begin submitting your lead referrals. We'll also provide you with all of the information and materials you need to become an advocate for Stayntouch.
Refer a Lead
Whenever you have a lead in mind, fill out a lead form with the details requested and our team will follow-up with the lead immediately. Once the business closes, you'll get a notification and you'll be on your way to capturing your commission fee!
Get Rewarded
Refer a lead and once your lead is qualified as a sales opportunity, you'll receive a bonus up-front. If your referred lead becomes a Stayntouch customer, you'll recieve a % of the first year's revenue for each hotel property.

Stayntouch is on a mission to change the relationship between hotels and their technology and we're rewarding partners who join the movement by referring their hotel network to Stayntouch. The Stayntouch Ambassador Program is an ecosystem of hospitality professionals and evangelist that want to equip hoteliers with a modern cloud PMS and technology that powers growth and elevates the guest experience.
Hoteliers, industry professionals, and consultants who want to promote or refer Stayntouch to their network.
Once you submit your request to join our ambassador program, you will receive an email within 2 business days approving or declining your request. If you are approved, you will receive clear guidelines for next steps and a link to begin submitting referrals right away.
For each lead that you refer that becomes a qualified opportunity, you are eligible for an upfront bonus of up to $100. For each new property signed onto Stayntouch as a result of your referral, you are eligible for a percentage of the property’s first year’s contract value to be paid upfront.
For each lead that you refer that becomes a qualified opportunity, you’ll receive your cash bonus within 5-7 business days.
For each lead you refer that becomes a Stayntouch customer, you will receive a % of the first year’s contract value within 30 days of the customer’s first payment.
We like to keep our partners informed along the way so you will receive a notification email when your referred lead becomes an active opportunity in our sales cycle with details on the total value of the contract and the percentage cash value you stand to gain. You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your lead becomes a Stayntouch customer!
There is no limit to how much you can be rewarded. The opportunities are endless as a Stayntouch Ambassador!
