In a groundbreaking study on the potential influence of ABS in hospitality, Stayntouch and the Tisch Center researchers surveyed nearly 1,000 U.S. travelers to uncover their opinions and sentiments surrounding a significantly more customizable booking experience. In this panel discussion, experts will discuss insights from the study led by Dr. Vanja Bogicevic and Owen Wexman, and examine how emerging technologies will influence the future of the hotel booking experience and guest personalization.
