For the TravelMedia Group (TMG) integration, Stayntouch PMS uses two custom reservation exports that deliver guest contact and status information in CSV format. One export includes records for guests who have checked out today, and the other includes due‑out reservations for today. Each export contains fields such as hotel code, guest first and last name, email address, departure date, and reservation status, and is scheduled to run daily with delivery set (typically via email) to TravelMedia Group’s address. These exports provide TMG with up‑to‑date guest lists for their marketing and guest engagement services.
