For the Benchmarking Alliance integration, Stayntouch PMS exports two key daily benchmark reports that provide performance metrics for competitor and market analysis. These scheduled reports are automatically generated and transferred to separate directories for consumption by Benchmarking Alliance: a Comparison Report (daily) that summarizes occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and other performance statistics, and a Business on the Books Report (daily) that details current and forward booking data. Together, these exports give Benchmarking Alliance the essential hotel performance data needed to produce industry benchmarking insights.
