ID Scanning, Facial Recognition & More

Zest Station can now take walk-ins! With advanced AI and an (optional) new kiosk by Alia Technologies, Zest Station can quickly and securely process guest data from a scanned ID, meaning it can take walk-in reservations on the fly! In this webinar, we’ll cover two types of Walk-In flows: a traditional check in, and an upgrade-focused flow. We’ll also cover some additional upgrades to the Hourly and Daily Diary, as well as a number of client-suggested feature updates. Specifically, we will: 

  • Discover Zest Station’s new ID-Scanning and Walk-In Functionality;
  • Explore even more upgrades to the Hourly & Daily Diary, including new ways to assign night reservations, and VIP labeling;
  • Cover client requested features in “You Ask…We Listen,” including the ability to check in rooms that aren’t ready, and the inclusion of a booker email to the Stay Card;
  • Explore additional upgrades to the Stay Card, Activity Card and User Reports.
