StayNTouch Rover™ PMS Expands Guest Communication Features with Integration with Checkmate

StayNTouch announces a robust two-way interface with Checkmate

Bethesda, MD – August 16, 2016 – StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, is pleased to announce a new integration between Rover™, its Cloud-based PMS and PMS Overlay, and real-time messaging specialist, Checkmate. StayNTouch Rover’s interface with Checkmate allows hotel guests to be notified by text message of PMS events such as check-in and check-out.

Checkmate, recently acquired by TrustYou, allows hotels to actively engage guests before they arrive and while they are on-site in real-time through SMS, email, Facebook Messenger and other communication methods.  Integration with StayNTouch Rover™ means that guests can now quickly and immediately communicate with staff and manage their stay once checked in.

StayNTouch Partners with The Dewberry

The Dewberry Transforms the Guest Experience with the help of the StayNTouch Mobile PMS 

Bethesda, MD – June 14, 2016  . . . StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, is pleased to announce it’s partnership with The Dewberry, a 155-room hotel on Charleston, where it has deployed its Rover PMS™, Rover Housekeeping™ and Zest™ products.

To provide guests the choice in check-in and check-out methods, The Dewberry has Rover PMS™ running on Windows Surface devices at the front desk and on staff tablets throughout the hotel. The housekeeping staff employ the Rover Housekeeping™ feature of the PMS and the hotel will roll out Zest Web™ shortly to allow guests to check in and out using their smartphone.
