Sales Development Representative (SDR)

StayNTouch provides innovative software solutions to the hotel industry aimed at re-thinking the entire interaction between the hotel and their guests. As the Sales Development Representative, you will focus on driving communication with prospective clients and assist in building a rich sales pipeline.

As part of our organization you will play a significant role in development and execution of the Company’s outreach efforts!

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume with correspondingly high talk time
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force CRM

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Partner with senior sales team to achieve new business quotas
  • Attend industry events to meet with prospective customers
  • Drive traffic to webinars and online demonstrations
  • Assist marketing with campaign strategies
  • Assist with add on orders or supporting sales executive/director
  • Assist with certain special projects to increase outbound activity

Sales Executive

 

Description

As a Sales Executive you should possess a demonstrable record of success in exceeding quotas in a complex B2B technology SaaS sales;including finding, developing and closing deals.

We do this by leveraging the convergence of SaaS/Cloud, tablet and touch computing, as well as guest mobile phones to manage all staff and guest touch points on a single platform.

What you will do…

  • Collaborate with other sales resources and company management to sell ground-breaking products to hotel companies of all sizes
  • Be able to sell to C-Level executive to IT Directors using  your sales skills to engage decision makers
  • Manage a complete sales process through leveraging sales techniques (Cold Calling, Join.Me, PowerPoint and product demos)
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of StayNTouch’s products, industry trends, and the overall competitive landscape

What you will need…

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience in a consultative B2B environment selling SaaS technology, including C-level and complex accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced growing company environment and quickly adapt to change!
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and persuasively conduct a sales presentation and product demo
  • Utilization of Salesforce to manage and develop a sales pipeline
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota (top 10-20% of company)
  • Prior background working in a fast-paced, smaller organization.  Ability to realize results with limited day-to-day guidance and support
  • Willing to travel up to 40%

Director of Sales, New Enterprise Accounts

StayNTouch is seeking a high impact and highly skilled Enterprise Software Sales Leader to drive new business growth for their Hotel SaaS platform, with a focus on mid to large size accounts such as hotel groups and brands. This position will be responsible to drive results that significantly impact the company’s growth and top line.

StayNTouch is a well-funded software start-up that is revolutionizing hotel operations through mobile-optimized property management solutions. We provide solutions that enable mobile check in for hotel guests to well know hotels such as The Aria Las Vegas, The Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Great Wolf Resorts, Yotel, Modus Hotels and Freehand Hotels. We are looking for a seasoned Director of Business development to join our team.  The ideal candidate should have a demonstrable and proven track record of success in complex B2B technology SaaS sales, in mid to large size hotel chains or enterprise sales. You must be a hunter, someone who has eager and hungry to bring in new and large accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to target accounts for US and manage the complete sales process through face to face and inside sales meetings.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to deliver maximum revenue potential for enterprise accounts
  • Acquire good product knowledge, understand hotel operations and it’s relation to our services
  • Work closely with product and engineering throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives with prospective customers in the hospitality community, create internal champions within their organization
  • Close complex transactions with multiple decision makers across the organization of the prospective customer.
  • Collaborate with the product & marketing teams on specific defined targets and tactics to close
  • Champion the SaaS Platform and vision with prospective clients through direct sales, product demonstrations, tradeshows, market events and special initiatives
  • Create opportunities from networking (online and events), marketing automation campaigns, cold calls, and from your sheer sales intuition, drive and determination.
  • Accurately and timely update prospect and opportunity information in Salesforce.

 

Requirements:

  • Are responsible for strategically selling SNT’s PMS and mobile services to mid and large hotel chains
  • 5-10 years complex software sales experience with B2B customers in a consultative and solution-based sale with a demonstrated track record of quota-carrying success
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Hospitality software sales experience is nice but not a requirement, it would be a big plus if you have contacts within many of the hotel brands, chains or integration partners.
  • Passionate about customer acquisition; hunting and capturing “Net new logos”
  • Track record of exceeding quota and Top 10% ranking
  • Have excellent executive presence and the ability to lead and close a complex sales process
  • Evangelical sales skills enhanced by Challenger Selling methodologies (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving and highly collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Location: Local or relocatable to Bethesda, MD
  • Travel US and sometimes globally.
