Digital Marketing Specialist

About StayNTouch, A Shiji Group Brand 

StayNTouch provides innovative software solutions to the hotel industry aimed at re-thinking the entire interaction between the hotel and their guests.  As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with building, tracking and optimizing a variety of digital media campaigns.

Digital marketing is an important platform for StayNTouch to leverage its ability to stay competitive in the market and create brand awareness.  As part of our organization, you will play a significant role in development and execution of the Company’s outreach materials and strategies.

What you will do…

  • Develop and manage paid search and paid display opportunities (Adwords, LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Create Social Media content and campaigns, schedule automation, engage the audience, grow reach and build brand awareness
  • Work to Enhance SEO and SERP with best practices
  • Implement effective SEO strategies with robust backlinking (submitting content to blog directories, engaging and starting online discussions, sharing links with outside sources and relevant websites, using anchor text)
  • Submit press releases per month to PRweb
  • Create monthly and bi-weekly marketing data reports
  • Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and optimization of current campaigns and leads to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals
  • Explore opportunities to add value to overall marketing efforts (take initiative, be proactive and bring forward fresh ideas)

What you will need…

  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of digital marketing and/or social media marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and advertising execution
  • Proven experience with SEO techniques and strategies
  • Demonstrated experience with managing websites and executing/optimizing digital marketing campaign
  • Broad understanding of the latest in web marketing tools and strategies for target marketing
  • Proven experience with developing, implementing and executing social media campaigns and PPC campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with digital analytics and reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices
  • Strong Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Identify new contacts and work to nurture key accounts that are enrolled in our account-based marketing program
  • Outbound calls and emails to both inbound leads and prospecting list
  • Schedule appointments for our Account Executives
  • Researching companies and identifying target contacts at qualified companies
  • Follow-up diligently and methodically on all incoming leads that come to us from the web or phone.
  • Research new and effective techniques  to add value to your prospect outreaches

Marketing Automations Specialist

What you’ll be doing…

Responsible for managing the Marketing Automation (Marketo) platform and fully leverage the capabilities of the service. Including but not limited to email development, form & lead flow. Develop and launch interactive email and landing page to grow customer awareness and increase account penetration. Must stay current on emerging trends and identify new opportunities.

This role will support the execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing programs, marketing automation, and other technology platforms necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Additionally, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to bring effective collaboration and communication to a newly formed marketing team are required to perform the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of email development and deliverability for the company.
  • Build and manage  all lead scoring and nurture programs in Marketo
  • Email templates development and optimization.
  • Manage existing landing pages and develop new ones when necessary.
  • Monitor deliverability rates and address issues as necessary.
  • Perform demand generation tasks such as creating emails, landing pages, templates, forms, etc.
  • Test and QA marketing automation programs to ensure quality.
  • Be highly proficient and “power-user” of our marketing automation platform.
  • Be the subject matter expert on marketing technology platforms and work closely with Marketing Leadership to manage all marketing technology platforms
  • Manage lead data accuracy, including updating, de-duplication, importing and exporting records, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist in integrating additional platforms into the Marketing Automation tool.

What you have to have…

  • 2-5 years previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot and or Hubspot.
  • Proven experience with managing and optimizing complex email campaigns.
  • 2-4 years HTML, CSS & Javascript experience.
  • Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, lead and demand generation.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Manager.
